Natura will have a variety of high-end amenities, including an indoor-outdoor pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping, a dedicated dining room, and a zone therapy pool.

There is also a wellness space on the property which will allow residents to have access to exercise, healing, mentality, and community while at home. A variety of mobility and restorative products aimed at balancing the body and mind will be available in this space.

Esprit Gold Coast Development

From developers S&S Projects and Cottee Parker Architects, the Esprit development project is planned to sit in the centre of Rainbow Bay Village in the coastal suburb of Coolangatta. The project is said to be completed in 2025.

Comprising two and three-bedroom apartments, there are 72 two-bedroom apartments spanning 12 storeys and 25 three-bedroom apartments spanning 8 storeys. All of the apartments come with gorgeous ocean or river views.

The major appeal of this development project is Club Esprit. This is a wellbeing deck situated on the roof of this luxury residence.

The Club has an array of amenities, including a 25-metre pool, full gym, wellness centre, yoga lawn, and outdoor cinema. Other lifestyle amenities include a private dining room, BBQ areas, and kiddies playground to allow for family-friendly entertainment.

Another new development situated at Surfers Paradise, 272 Hedges Avenue is made up of 98 apartments spanning 44 storeys. The residential block is currently under construction and should be completed in 2022.

As part of the collaborative effort, developers Sunland and architecture firm Contreras Earl Architecture have undertaken this $250 million project. With seaside views, there is little wonder why this project has already sold out.

The building will have two or three-bedroom apartments with media rooms, sky homes, penthouses, and sub-penthouses. Resident facilities include a concierge service, swimming pool, spa, gym, treatment centre, board and function rooms, sauna, and steam room.

With a gross property value of $100 million, this project is being headed by developers Polites Property Group, QNY Group, and architecture firm Archidiom.

The sophisticated residence has a recreation floor with a BBQ area and a 13-metre pool. It will also have resident facilities including dining and entertainment areas, and private sun lounges.

Each apartment will have a dedicated storage cage and parking bays to make it easier for residents to transition from homes to apartment living.

La Pelago Gold Coast

La Pelago Gold Coast Development

La Pelago is one of the only mixed-use developments on our list. The project is currently in planning, and it is unknown when it will undergo construction. The four-tower development will be made up of around 900 apartments and 200 hotel suits.

The first proposed tower will have around 150 apartments with a height of around 30 storeys. The second tower will have 110 residences over 25 storeys. The third tower will be a mix of 430 residences and 200 hotel rooms that will span around 60 storeys. And the fourth will have at least 250 apartments over 34 storeys.

The luxurious, resort-style towers are being spearheaded by architecture firm Warren and Mahoney, and Gurner developers. The development is said to have plans for 1250 parking spaces.

The ambitious project will combine a resort, spa, hotel, and high-end, sophisticated apartments.

Mondrian Residences Gold Coast

Mondrian Residences Gold Coast Development

Another mixed-use project that began construction in June of 2021 is the Mondrian Residences. This development is a collaborative effort between architect Elenberg Fraser and developers Nielson Properties, Pointcorp, and Accor.

Unlike La Pelago, the Mondrian Residences will have more hotel suites than residential apartments. Split over two 25 storey towers, the project will have 208 luxury hotel suites and 84 apartments. The apartments are made up of two, three, and four-bedroom apartments that include 11 penthouses and 9 sky homes.

Residents will have full access to the adjoining hotel’s five-star services and facilities. These include 24-hour room service, a dedicated concierge, and a private chauffeur. Residents will also have the security and privacy of their building’s residents-only facilities.
